Date:2009-09-09 LEDTEK have been introduction of top-level reflow soldering machine with computer system, which is adopt latest micro-circle technology. The computer controll system can control the temperature in 0.1 degree and accurately control PCB temperature to reach excellent soldering effect.
SMD LED and high power LED will be commonly used in future lighting. The normal reflow machine will easily to destroy the silicone and inner structure of the SMD LED or high power LED.
